Hotel Corallo: our cuisine

On top of all we put
good cooking.
In the morning you will find a rich breakfast buffet in order to start well your day.
You can enjoy your breakfast either in the large dining room or outside on the terrace: various pastries and biscuits, tasty homemade biological jams, several different breads, all prepared by our dedicated cook.
For the sporty and those who watch a little the weight we have products with full cereals, corn flakes, yoghurt ...
Every morning you can decide if you want to chose full or half board for the day. If instead you decide to have lunch on the beach or in the woods during an excursion we will be happy to prepare you a take-away lunch.
For lunch and dinner we have a menù with the choice of three starters and three main dishes, one meat dish, one fish dish and one alternative dish. On request we serve also
children menù, vegetarian dishes, etc ...
We prefer to use local products, prepared following the elban tradition - fresh fish, sometimes even caught by us - fresh fruits and vegetables from our biological garden.
Good food should be accompanied by a
good wine. Our
sommelier Rolando will be happy to help you to choose the right wine, local or international.
